Open Set Consulting is a brand of Open Set, LLC, a consulting business based in Richmond, Virginia. The "we," "us," and "our" on this page refer to that entity. For any privacy question, reach out to erin@opensetconsulting.com.
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect what you give us:
Our hosting provider also logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this site.
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver the engagement. We don't sell your information, share it with marketers, or add you to a mailing list.
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify retains form data per its own privacy practices; see netlify.com/privacy. If you book a call via the booking link, that scheduling provider receives the information you submit through their tool.
Inquiry data is kept for as long as the inquiry is active, and for a reasonable period afterward (up to 24 months) in case you reach back out. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see below.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes won't be applied retroactively to information already collected under a previous version.
